Then I removed that particular tracker from both public trackers and the exit delay reduced exactly to 6 sec.

Now only 2 public torrents are seeding with only 'working' trackers and exiting the program still takes 25-35 seconds. It's probably updating more of the time than working.

However it's easy to spot that one tracker behaves different than the others: This is much slower updating and the updating goes frequently.
